The C-LTD memory expansion plugged onto the side expansion port on an Amiga A1000. It also supports the passthrough expansion connector. The Autoconfig ID is 1004 / 245. The memory is autoconfigured under KickStart 1.2.
It has 32 DIP sockets that hold 256k×1, 150 ns memory ICs for a total of 1 MB of RAM and uses an Intel C8208 DRAM controller. The early versions of this memory board were buggy and generated too many wait-states which reduced performance. Cutting a trace and soldering a wire fixes the design problem.
